UIA NATIONAL COMMITTEE TURKEY HOLDS ITS GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN ISTANBUL

International Association of Lawyers (UIA) Turkish National Committee held its annual General Assembly at 14.00 on Monday, November 4, 2019 in Istanbul.

Being a collective member of UIA, Istanbul Bar Association was represented by its two Board Members, Atty. Dr. Ayça Özok Ener and Atty. Sinan Naipoğlu during the Assembly meeting. The meeting was also attended by Ece Basmacı Karalar, Foreign Relations Coordinator of Istanbul Bar Association.

2018-2019 activities of the UIA National Committee along with its projects for the upcoming term were discussed during the meeting with the participation of collective and individual members of the UIA. 

President of the National Committee-Turkey Atty. Duygu Akan was re-elected for the second time to fulfill the presidency of the National Committee for the term 2019-2021.
